RETURNS POLICY

We understand that drinking great coffee is as important as being happy with the coffee gear you purchase to make it! We handle each return case-by-case with the goal of making our customers happy.

In order to give you peace of mind when shopping with us we offer a hassle free returns and exchange policy so you can return any purchased item within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Coffee 

We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature.

We can’t guarantee that what you order will be to your desired taste, so please only order small quantities if you’re uncertain about a coffee you’re trying for the first time.

For the best sensory experience it is recommended to consume your coffee while it is fresh which is within 4-6 weeks of roast.

We want you to be satisfied with your coffee selection. In the unlikely event you suspect a quality issue please reach out to us at info@arabica.co.za so that we may liaise with the roaster on your behalf to arrange for a replacement.

Equipment

We want your brew gear to function optimally. For all returns and exchanges, please reach out to us within 30 days. All returned merchandise must be unused, undamaged & with all packaging contents.

If any item without an extended warranty has a manufacturer fault, you can return it any time up to 90 days from the date of purchase for an exchange, regardless of whether it has been used or not. However, we will need to inspect the item to confirm that there is a fault before sending out a replacement.

If your item comes with a warranty, an exchange will be available for the period specified from the purchase date.

If you believe something you ordered does have a manufacturer fault, please reach out to us at info@arabica.co.za to let us know about the issue, or simply respond to your original order confirmation email, which will make finding your original order much easier.

Incorrect/Faulty/Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged on the way to you, is faulty on arrival or you have simply received an incorrect item in your order or it does not match the product description we will help to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.  Please reach out to us at info@arabica.co.za or using the contact form online within 3 business days of receiving your order of any discrepancies or damaged products and we will begin the`hassle free return process.
